100+ PBO Sales — Achieved Twice in Six Months
The result: 100+ PBO sales, hit twice within six months — driven not by more leads, but by teaching Meta and Google to find buyers instead of form-fillers.
The Challenge — Leads Were the Problem, Not the Solution
We tested every campaign objective to grow sales, and the leads came in. But they were the wrong leads. When the sales team called, customers didn’t even remember submitting the form for vehicle information.
Enquiries that looked strong on paper evaporated on the phone. We got to the point of stopping Meta ads altogether — it read as pure wastage of money.
But the problem was never Meta. It was what Meta was being told to chase. Optimize for “leads,” and the algorithm finds people who’ll fill a form. It does not find people who’ll buy a car.
The Fix — We Taught the Platforms What a Real Buyer Looks Like
For an offline business, the sale doesn’t happen on a website. It happens on a phone call, in the showroom, at the moment of purchase — all invisible to Meta by default. So we made the invisible visible:
Installed Meta Pixel + Conversions API to send events server-side, straight from our systems to Meta
Built a custom CRM that tracks every lead's real status — warm, hot, converted
Linked the CRM directly to Meta, so the instant a lead turns warm, hot, or into a purchase, that event is fed back as a signal
Now Meta optimizes toward the people who resemble actual buyers — warm and hot leads and real purchases — instead of anyone who’ll tap a form.
We applied the same logic to Google:
Fed audience signals to Google Ads for high-quality leads and walk-in visits
Used direct-call campaigns — the best fit for auto buyers, who want to speak to someone before they commit
This is the gap in the automobile industry. Many brands still optimize for the cheapest
possible lead and wonder why the sales never follow. We optimize for the sale itself.
The Result
PBO sales
100+ PBO sales — achieved twice in six months
Ad spending
Ad spend focused on warm, hot, and converting buyers instead of wasted on dead leads
Repeative work
A repeatable system — the second 100+ month proved the first wasn't luck
The Takeaway
Leads are not the goal. Sales are. The moment we started sending Meta and Google real signals — warm, hot, and purchase events — the platforms started delivering buyers, not just enquiries. Most of the industry still hasn’t made that shift.
